Kayla O'Malley [06] recently earned the best student research award from the Gerontological Society of America, Social Research, Policy and Practice Division. David D. Fox [02] is currently a psychotherapist for the Onondaga Pastoral Counseling Center (OPCC). Through OPCC, David also sees adults at Crouse Hospital's drug rehabilitation center and students at two inner city schools. He also specializes in clinical relaxation techniques to treat mental and physical illnesses in the private and public sectors.

Samvel Jeshmaridian was a visiting psychologist at Fordham University when he became a member. He is now a researcher at Fordham Institute, an adjunct faculty member at Borough of Manhattan Community College, CUNY, and a writer and coeditor at New World Encyclopedia.

Caroline Cozza [04] works at the University of Chicago as the stress and depression lab's research coordinator. At the lab, she narrowed her research interest to mindfulness and dialectical behavioral therapy and the utility of applying such techniques to mood disorder treatment.

Peggy Leader [05] is working on her masters in forensic psychology at Argosy University. She is also working as the treatment specialist at the Bedford County Prison, implementing education and treatment programs.

Susan Andre [03] spent three years at the University of Southern Maine on a research project involving a fungicide called Vinclozolin. The paper will be published in the
Neurotoxicology and Teratology journal. She is now a grandmother living in AZ.

Sheldon Shore [03] works as a clinical assessor for nursing homes in the Gulf Coast area. His work has been challenging recently because of a staffing decrease and an increase in nursing home residents without homes or family support since the 2005 hurricane season.

Hannah Sterling [04] spent three months in Matamoros, Mexico, in a first-year missionary internship with Adventures in Missions, ministering through local churches, an orphanage, and poverty-stricken communities. In summer 2006, she spent time in New Orleans as a project leader for youth volunteers.

Jason Shotts [05] has been working at Peninsula Village as a program counselor with at-risk youth. He was recently promoted to senior program counselor and is contemplating a return to graduate school.

Dr. Bob Venceil [94] was a regional program development director for Heritage Health Services (Spring, TX) and a utilization management director for Timberlawn Mental Health System (Dallas). He is now the owner of "A Mind For Business, PA" which provides therapy, counseling, and consultation service for industry leaders.

Leonardo D. Mancha [05] works as a case manager at the Safe Haven homeless shelter assisting mentally ill homeless individuals. He was accepted into Our Lady of the Lake University's counseling program for a masters of science in psychology.
Tammy Rice [05] volunteered for active duty recall with the US Coast Guard as a reservist. She is working in a support position to the salvage operations in LA, MS, and AL in the aftermath of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.

Tom Kertes [03] is a human rights organizer with the United Workers Association in Baltimore. He is responsible for media, messaging, and marketing efforts. Tom lives in Seattle, WA, and flies between Seattle and Baltimore for 3-5 weeks stints.
Julia Nicole Jump [05] attends the University of Puget Sound for a masters in education with a focus on counseling and hopes to be an elementary school counselor.

Amy Powell [03] is completing her final year of graduate studies at the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology. She began her predoctoral internship in September 2006 at a maximum security prison called Oak Park Heights.
Tom Ross [04] is a graduate student in experimental psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, working on research involving neurophysiological dietary processes with exogenous cannabinoids used to inhibit food intake. He works as a case manager for the Wisconsin's Department of Health and Family Services.

Jason Artz [04] is pursuing his MSE in counselor education at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville where he also works as a graduate assistant for a professor in his program. When he graduates in 2008, his emphasis will be in community counseling and school counseling.
