Applying for Awards &
Grants Just Got Easier!
After
extensive review of IT solutions for award and grant submissions, Psi Chi has
selected Scholar Select as our new program for online submissions. It provides
easier, web-based interface and is compatible across platforms and browsers.
Applicants will receive program results faster because of the features for
reviewers including electronic assignment of applications and exportable
rubrics. Applicants will access the link to Scholar Select through
www.psichi.org. Got
questions or want to give us feedback after you’ve used the program? Please
email awards@psichi.org.
Psi
Chi Website Update: Resources at www.psichi.org/Downloads/
Lots of changes are in store for the Psi Chi website in the coming
months. In an effort to better organize our information, the section formerly
known as FORMS is now entitled RESOURCES. Changes are currently being made to
provide chapters with PDF fill-in forms to download along with more concise
resource materials for chapters. Most of the AWARDS AND GRANTS FORMS have been
redesigned with a fill-in section on the second page that can be saved to file,
and uploaded with your proposal (submissions will not be accepted until 45 days
prior to the deadline). Chapter, Officer, and Membership Materials will be
available next week. Please make sure you update website links and forms on your
chapter website. And if you haven’t already updated descriptions of Psi Chi as
international rather than national on your website, facebook page, or other
correspondence, you should do so when you update your
links.
