Patricia Shutt, PhD, former advisor to the Southern Connecticut State University Chapter, passed away on February 9, 2005 in New Haven, Connecticut. Dr. Shutt, who received her doctorate from the University of Missouri, advised the chapter for many years until her retirement from the university in 1993. She will be missed not only by her former students and colleagues, but also by the current chapter members.
