Biography
Clare Mitchell is a 2006 graduate of the College of Wooster and a native of Cleveland Heights, Ohio. Her research interests are focused primarily on caregiving in the Alzheimer’s disease context and access to services for caregiving families. For her undergraduate thesis work, Clare received the American Psychological Association Division 20 Undergraduate Proposed Research Award and a Psi Chi Undergraduate Research Grant. She also appears as the fourth author on the article, “An Independent Effectiveness Trial of Multisystemic Therapy with Juvenile Justice Youth”, which was recently published in the Journal of Child Clinical and Adolescent Psychology. In the fall, she will begin an MA/PhD program in clinical psychology with a focus on aging at Case Western Reserve University.
