CONVENTION PROGRAMS POSTED: APS, EPA, MPA, SEPA
The Psi Chi regional convention programs at the EPA, MPA and SEPA conventions (as well as the Psi Chi program at APS) are now online. As the other regional and national convention programs become finalized, they too will be posted on their respective pages.
NEW BROCHURES AND POSTERS
Psi Chi recently mailed your chapter one sample each of its new poster and four-panel brochure. Additional copies of the poster and brochure may be ordered by chapters at no cost (within reason). Only faculty advisors and chapter officers may submit orders for these specific publications. Images and information on how to order these publications may be found here.
WINTER 2002 ISSUE ONLINE
Your chapter should have received its copies of the Winter 2002 issue of Eye on Psi Chi. If you have not, please notify the National Office at eye@psichi.org. Also, if your chapter is receiving too many or too few copies, please contact the National Office with the correct number.
AWARDS DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 1
The awards deadline for the new Chapter Website Awards, the Newman Graduate Research Award, and the Cousins National Chapter Award is February 1, 2002. All chapters may apply for the Website and Cousins Awards. Any psychology graduate student (you need not be a member of Psi Chi) may submit his or her research for the Newman Award, which is bestowed at the APA Convention and is the only student research award presented at the prestigious APF/APA awards ceremony.
