OCTOBER 1 GRANTS DEADLINE
The deadline for four Psi Chi grants is October 1, 2004. New this year: submissions will be set up so that you can enter your grant online (this will be operational very soon). Read more about each grant, eligibility, submission instructions, and to download cover sheets, go here:

CHAPTER OFFICERS: USE MEMBER SURVEY AS RECRUITMENT TOOL
Use the Member Survey (see link below) as an aid for your chapter to determine your members' interests and ability to participate in chapter events. Your chapter may use the member survey provided as is, or may modify it to suit the specific needs of your chapter.

NEW FORMS FOR THE 2004-05 YEAR
All Psi Chi forms have been updated for the new academic year and are available at the following link. Additionally, a packet of all new forms was mailed to all active chapters for arrival in the next couple of weeks.
