I know that some of our members either missed the change-of-deadline notice for the Psi Chi Poster Session at EPA or just could not get their work completed and submitted by the revised deadline of October 27, 2004.

I have made arrangements with EPA that the Psi Chi website will be able to continue to accept poster submissions from students until Sunday, December 5, 2004. So, if members of your chapter were not able to submit by October 27, there is still time for them to do so. The submission page is here:

There are two additional things that potential submitters should know:

1. Posters accepted between now and December 5 will NOT appear in the official EPA Program Book. I will, however, create a separate listing of ALL Psi Chi posters accepted for presentation that can be used to verify that the presentation was part of our EPA program.
   
   
2. Posters accepted between now and December 5 will NOT be considered for Psi Chi Regional Research Awards. Projects submitted by the 10/27 deadline might be at a disadvantage compared to projects not submitted until 12/5. Thus, we are going to limit eligibility to those who submitted by the actual deadline date of 10/27.

So, if you stopped working on your submission once the deadline passed, please consider going back to work and submitting it by December 5!
