MARCH 30 DEADLINE
This is the last week for student members to mail submissions for Psi Chi's Summer Research Grants program. The postmark deadline for submissions is March 30, 2005.

NEW AWARD: KAY WILSON LEADERSHIP AWARD FOR OUTSTANDING CHAPTER PRESIDENTS
New this year is the Kay Wilson Leadership Award, founded in memory of former Psi Chi Executive Officer Kay Wilson. This award will be presented annually to recognize the one chapter president who demonstrates excellence in leadership at the local chapter level. The winning Psi Chi chapter president receives a $500 cash award, travel expenses to attend the Psi Chi/APA National Convention, and an engraved plaque. If your chapter feels like you have an excellent chapter president, please nominate her or him by May 1. Read more about this new award here:

RECAP: NEW PSI CHI INITIATIVES
Psi Chi is always seeking to increase the benefits and opportunities to its members. New initiatives made available to Psi Chi members during the 2004-05 school year include ACHS's "A Matter of Ethics", APA's Exploring Behavior Week, APA's free APA Publication Manual offer, and APS's student membership discount offer.
