NEW GRANTS PROGRAM: NSF-REU GRANTS THROUGH PSI CHI
Psi Chi has begun a new funding initiative with the National Science Foundation (NSF). Psi Chi will award a total of six grants for Psi Chi members who are accepted into the NSF-REU summer research program at Level I or II research institutions. To apply, members must apply directly to the specific NSF-REU program of interest. More information can be found here.
WINTER ISSUE PUBLICATION DEADLINE EXTENDED
Normally, the deadline for submitting officer reports & chapter activities for the Winter issue of Eye on Psi Chi is October 15. The deadline though has been extended until November 5, 2001. Your chapter may either submit its report online below or email the required information to psichi@psichi.org.
UPCOMING: DECEMBER 1 DEADLINES
December 1, 2001, is the deadline for five important Psi Chi awards. This awards deadline includes awards for graduate and undergraduate members, faculty advisors, and chapters. Since the number of submissions is typically low for these awards, the National Office encourages your chapter to apply for at least one of them as your chances of winning are very good!
