A Matter of Ethics 9/30/2005 The Psi Chi National Council encourages chapters to participate in the Association of College Honor Societies' (ACHS) "A Matter of Ethics" initiative. The initiative promotes and fosters ethical behavior. ACHS encourages member societies to collaborate with one another and take a leadership role in promoting discussions about ethical standards, increasing students' awareness of ethical standards, advocating for a strong commitment to ethical standards, and modeling ethical behavior. ACHS provides resources and program activities that address the initiative's objectives (see www.achsnatl.org/ethics/index.asp). Please inform the Psi Chi National Office about your chapter's activities related to this initiative so we can report your success in Eye on Psi Chi and inform ACHS about these activities. |
