SPRING 2006 JOURNAL ONLINE
Article abstracts from the most recent issue of the Psi Chi Journal of Undergraduate Research are now online. Articles discuss the effect temporal focus has on affective forecasts, the matching hypothesis on reality TV, the effects of romantic involvement on psychological well-being, and more. All articles are also categorized by field of psychology.

AWARDS DEADLINE: MAY 1, 2006

ANNUAL & FINANCIAL REPORTS DUE
Chapters must file the Chapter Annual and Financial Reports each year by June 30. Why the early reminder? Because some chapters report their academic year ending in early May. Therefore, the National Office is sending an early notice to remind all chapters when to file these reports. And remember, you can still mail a hard copy of these reports to the National Office, but we prefer you file online at:

CHAPTER OFFICERS: TRANSITION REMINDER
Each year, the National Office hears how chapter officers from one academic year graduate without ensuring a smooth transition to the incoming set of officers. To avoid this problem, elect next year's officers now if you have not already done so. Make sure current officers inform the new officers of their duties as well as share transitional data (such as financial records and chapter email/web account information).
