CALL FOR NOMINATIONS MAILED TO CHAPTERS
A Call for Nominations to nominate candidates for Psi Chi National President-Elect has been mailed to chapters. In addition, chapters in the Eastern, Rocky Mountain, and Western Regions will also receive a Call for Nominations to nominate a candidate for vice-president in their region. Psi Chi encourages chapters to take an active role in the national leadership of Psi Chi by nominating a candidate the chapter feels would be instrumental in continuing the great success and legacy of Psi Chi.

JOURNAL EDITOR POSITION
The Psi Chi National Council is seeking applications for the Editor of the Psi Chi Journal of Undergraduate Research. Candidates should have extensive experience in working with undergraduate research. Prior editorial experience at the editor or associate editor level is preferred, and prior experience as a reviewer for undergraduate journals in psychology will also be a consideration. PSI CHI'S NEW DISTINGUISHED MEMBERS
Drs. Guillermo Bernal, John Cacioppo, Robert Cialdini, and Michael Wertheimer were recently honored as Psi Chi's latest additions to its prestigious roll of Distinguished Members. AWARDS DEADLINE: DECEMBER 1
The deadline for four important Psi Chi awards is December 1, 2006. This awards deadline includes awards for advisor and chapter recognition, and for the best research submitted to the 2007 APA and APS National Conventions. For more information:
