2009 National Leadership ConferenceIt is now less than 50 days until online registration opens for Psi Chi chapter presidents or presidents-elect, and faculty advisors.
PurposeThe National Leadership Conference (NLC) will provide workshops, keynote speakers, and interactive sessions that will help Psi Chi chapter presidents develop leadership skills they can use to be effective leaders of their chapters and in their professions. The NLC also will help Psi Chi faculty advisors enhance their leadership skills and ability to mentor emerging leaders within their Psi Chi chapters.

Psi Chi Funding: For the FIRST 76 eligible chapter presidents, president-elects, and faculty advisors who register for the conference, Psi Chi will pay for the hotel room and room tax (double occupancy), and reimburse the registrant for travel up to $400 (registrant must provide a receipt for airfare, train fare, or bus fare, or a record of mileage).

Change in Delivery Options / Shipping FeesDue to rapidly increasing fuel prices and the subsequent result on shipping prices, Psi Chi will now offer an Expedited Delivery Option providing a 2-day delivery for both membership materials and merchandise. The cost for this option will be $30 in the continental U.S. and $35 for outside the continental U.S. The Overnight Option will no longer be available and will be replaced with this new Expedited Delivery Option.
