Welcome back to a new year full of Psi Chi regional conventions, awards, and other activities. Below are several announcements about Psi Chi-related news and deadlines. Please distribute this digest among your chapter's officers and members.
FEB 1 AWARDS DEADLINE: NEWMAN, COUSINS, WEBSITE
Submissions to the Newman Graduate Research Award, the Cousins National Chapter Award, and the Chapter Website Awards are due on February 1, 2003 (postmark). Learn more about each award's eligibility requirements (you need not be a member of Psi Chi to submit research to the Newman Award), and download submission forms here:

MEMBERSHIP RECRUITMENT TOOLS: BROCHURES AND POSTERS
Copies of the Psi Chi poster and four-panel brochure may be ordered by chapters at no cost (within reason). Only faculty advisors and chapter officers may submit orders for these specific publications. Images and information on how to order these publications may be found here:

UPDATE YOUR CHAPTER'S WEBSITE
Nearly half of all Psi Chi chapters have a chapter website. However, when was the last time your chapter's website was updated? Chapters should appoint an officer or member to gather updated chapter information, and ensure that your chapter's website is updated regularly. If your chapter's site cannot be found at the link below, please e-mail (psichi@psichi.org) the National Office with your chapter's site URL.

RMPA/SEPA REGIONAL CONVENTION DEADLINES
For RMPA student research submitters, the submission deadline is January 11, 2003. For SEPA student research submitters, the deadline for submitting your intent was October 11, 2002; however, the deadline for submitting your abstract is January 10, 2003.
