October 1 Grants Deadline

The first award/grant deadline on the Psi Chi Calendar is October 1, 2003 (postmark). This is the deadline for 4 Psi Chi grants--the new SuperLab Research Grants (read this news article here) the Undergraduate Research Grants, the Hunt Research Grants, and the Undergraduate Psychology Conference Grants. SuperLab Research Grants
Eligible: All undergraduate and graduate Psi Chi members
Purpose: To provide annual grants to aid 1 undergraduate and 1 graduate Psi Chi member in conducting computer-based research
Amount: Grant winners receive a copy of the SuperLab software and a Cedrus response pad

Undergraduate Research Grants
Eligible: All undergraduate Psi Chi members
Purpose: To provide funds for members to defray the cost of conducting a research project
Amount: Applicants may request up to $1,500 for each project

Hunt Research Grants
Eligible: All Psi Chi student and faculty members
Purpose: To complete empirical research which addresses a question directly related to Psi Chi.
Amount: Three awards of $3,000 each

Undergraduate Psychology Conference Research Grants
Eligible: Psi Chi chapters (read complete guidelines)
Purpose:
To provide funds for local/regional undergraduate psychology research conferences (read complete guidelines)
