Funded Participants:
Psi Chi will pay for the hotel room and room tax (double occupancy), and reimburse the registrant for travel up to $400 (registrant must provide a receipt for airfare, train fare, or bus fare, or a record of mileage) for the first 76 eligible chapter presidents, presidents-elect, or faculty advisors who register for the conference. Psi Chi will notify registrants about funding no later than December 15, 2008.

To be eligible for Psi Chi funding, participants must be from chapters beyond a 100-mile radius of Nashville, TN, and must attend the entire conference. Psi Chi funding is limited to one president or president-elect and one faculty advisor per chapter.

Conference participants who are funded by Psi Chi are responsible for arranging their own travel to the conference; paying the conference registration fee; and paying for all incidental charges to their hotel rooms, travel expenses that exceed $500, meals that are not included in the NLC, and all other expenses associated with their attendance at the NLC.

Nonfunded Participants:
Chapter presidents or presidents-elect and advisors who live within a 100-mile radius of Nashville, TN, and other chapter presidents or presidents-elect and advisors who are not funded by Psi Chi are welcome to attend the conference but must pay the registration fee and all other expenses associated with attending the conference.

Space is limited for nonfunded participants so registrants are encouraged to send their registration early. Also, please note that chapters are limited to no more than four participants (participants must be the chapter president, president elect and faculty advisors), whether the participants receive funding from Psi Chi or pay their own way. Psi Chi will provide additional information to nonfunded registrants no later than December 15, 2008.
