Southwestern Regional Spring 2013 Letter
Dear Psi Chi members,
I hope your academics are going well for you this term, whether semester or
quarter, and that you are taking an active role in your Psi Chi chapter’s
activities as an officer, participant, or both! Also, spring is the time when
many new members are inducted into Psi Chi, so I want to give a special “hello”
and “welcome” to all new members.

As the regional convention in Fort Worth rapidly approaches, I want to tell you

New Chapters in the Region
I would like to extend a warm welcome to two new Psi Chi chapters in the
Southwestern Region. In the past few months, chapters have been chartered at
Howard Payne University in Brownwood, TX, and Universidad del Valle de Guatemala
in Guatemala City, which is the first international chapter in this region.
I hope to see (and meet) many of you at the regional meeting in Fort Worth! Best
wishes to all for successful completions of your academic years—and have a safe
and productive summer.
Sincerely,
