Unrestricted Travel Grants
Psi Chi members presenting at an upcoming convention are invited to apply for one of our Unrestricted Travel Grants, each worth up to $1,500! A total of eight student and three faculty grants will be awarded by lottery to applicants who meet eligibility requirements until all available funds are distributed. These grants only apply to conventions that are not funded by Psi Chi Regional Travel Grants (i.e., EPA, MPA, RMPA, SEPA, SWPA, and WPA). Submit your application by May 5, 2015.

What's Your Problem?
The Winter Issue of Eye on Psi Chi is available online. The feature article, "What’s Your Problem?” by Dr. Shawn R. Charlton and Tiffany Wierzbicki, will help you identify a “problem” in the field of psychology that you can become passionate about. Other articles include our Distinguished Lecturer series, a message from our President, four columns, and chapter activities.

Individuals looking for a “problem” to solve may also review Eye on Psi Chi Chapter Activities (see page 25). This section of each magazine includes a vast collection of community service projects, meeting topics, and other ideas submitted by chapters all around the world. In addition, advisors and designated officers are invited to submit their own chapter activities for potential publication.

Psi Chi at May 21–24 APS Convention
Plan to attend Psi Chi’s APS program in New York City. Psi Chi Distinguished Lecturer, Dr. Elizabeth Phelps (New York University) will speak about using extinction and emotion regulation to control fear via inhibitory signals from the prefrontal cortex to the amygdala. Also, Psi Chi research posters will be presented throughout the APS poster sessions. Join your fellow Psi Chi members—register HERE today!
