Thank you for participating in Psi Chi's 2019-20 Elections! We are pleased to announce that the proposed changes to the Psi Chi Constitution were unanimously approved by all voting chapters. These new changes take place immediately, and the newly revised Constitution is now publically available online for your review.

The central goals of the recommended Constitutional changes were:

  • To allow for better timing of nominations deadlines.
  • To allow for better timing of voting deadlines.
  • To replace the outdated phrase Executive Officers with Executive Director throughout.
  • To accurately reflect the Board's role as managing only one employee, the Executive Director.
  • To remove the word regions from Article VI, Section 6-B, because there is no process for regions to submit nominations.
You are also invited to meet Psi Chi's newly elected 2019-20 Board of Directors.
