Members approved the following amendments (yay / nay / abstain):

1. Each chapter is expected to respond to an annual request for information from Psi Chi Headquarters (Approved 61 / 2 / 0).
2. Chapter dues shall be determined by the chapter in accordance with Board guidelines (Approved 60 / 3 / 0).
3. Faculty Advisors’ terms of service should be specified in the chapter bylaws (Approved 61 / 1 / 1).
4. Student members shall be students who are pursuing a major, minor, or conferred credential in psychology or a closely related field and who are enrolled in undergraduate or graduate programs in the institution of higher education represented (Approved 57 / 4 / 2).
5. Graduate students must also have completed nine semester hours (or fourteen quarter hours) of graduate courses and shall have a minimum overall cumulative graduate grade point average of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale in their program (Approved 57 / 3 / 3).
