The new Diversity Badge will specially recognize articles that meet one of the following three criteria:

  1. examine whether psychological phenomena differ as a function of human diversity,
  2. highlight psychological characteristics within a historically marginalized group, or
  3. identify factors that are related to diversity-based prejudice or discrimination.
