Become a Journal Reviewer

BECOME A REVIEWER

Doctoral-level faculty members in psychology and related fields are invited to review for Psi Chi Journal of Psychological Research.

Our quarterly academic journal receives student and faculty submissions from many bright minds across the fields of psychology. Help us fine-tune their academic development and research skills by becoming a reviewer for our rigorous, but also supportive, peer-review process.

To support our exceptional reviewers:

  • Our online portal allows you to submit specific subject areas that you feel comfortable with reviewing.
  • At any time, you can set unavailability dates so that we will know when not to contact you.
  • With each request to review, you will receive basic instructions and a template review form, which you can use in order to save you time during your review.
  • Importantly, we also provide guidance on crafting positive and constructive reviewer feedback; we want our process to be informative for all parties involved, not just the authors.

Are you passionate about educating others on conducting and reporting quality empirical research? Our editorial team is uniquely dedicated to providing mentorships and promoting the professional development of our authors—Please join us!

Already a reviewer? Invite other faculty at your institution to join our reviewer team.
