Southeastern Regional Awards
Regional Research Awards
If you have done research you are proud of, consider presenting at the SEPA Convention. By doing so you will gain experience, confidence, and polish. You will also be eligible to receive up to 16 Regional Research Awards. There are two ways undergraduates can present their research at SEPA:
  1. You can submit directly to SEPA through their online system. To find out the requirements for all submissions to SEPA check here.
  2. You can also submit to the Committee on Equality of Professional Opportunities (CEPO) and Psi Chi Undergraduate Poster session at this link here.
Any Psi Chi member who is the first author on a submission to this special undergraduate poster session at SEPA is automatically considered for a Psi Chi Regional Research Award. Learn more about the Psi Chi Regional Research Awards.

Regional Travel Grants
There are lots of good reasons to consider attending the SEPA convention—especially if you’ve got some great research to share. Psi Chi offers Regional Travel Grants and encourages members to take advantage of the opportunity.

If you attend SEPA, you should apply here for a Psi Chi travel grant—you may find yourself eligible and have your travel expenses reimbursed!

Regional Chapter Award
Does your chapter do amazing work? There are chapters across the region that are doing fantastic research, amazing service projects, and elevating what it means to be "excellent.” If your chapter is one of them, you should apply for a Regional Chapter Award.

Regional Faculty Advisor Award
Faculty advisors serve as organizers, mentors, and models for Psi Chi members. Show your faculty advisor you appreciate all the hard work by nominating him or her to receive the Regional Faculty Advisor Award.
